Ramakripa Ananthan

Design Head – Ola Electrics, Founder – Krux Studios

Kripa Ananthan is a highly accomplished design leader with an impressive track record of achievements in the automotive industry.

As the former Design Head at Mahindra, Kripa led the company's design efforts and oversaw the development of several successful products. She led the team on the design of the Mahindra XUV500, one of the company's flagship models. She was responsible for developing several other popular vehicles like Mahindra TUV300, Mahindra XUV300, Mahindra Marazzo, Mahindra KUV100, Mahindra XUV700, Mahindra Thar and Scorpio.

Post her 24 years long stint at Mahindra, Kripa started her own design studio called Krux and designed the Two2, a micro-mobility concept car built of repurposed components. She has recently joined Ola Electric as Head of Design.

Kripa has received several awards for her contributions to design, including the Automotive Woman of the Year award from the Automotive Components Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) in 2018. She has also been featured in numerous publications, including Forbes India, Autocar India, and Car India.
