Director, ALPLA Group    

Shobha Dixit is the Director at ALPLA India Pvt. Ltd.- partner of ALPLA, an Austrian plastics packaging company focused on rigid packaging primarily for the FMCG sector. Ms Shobha Dixit was closely associated with CII IWN and served for two years as Chairwoman, of IWN, Telangana, and also as the Co-Convener for the Manufacturing Panel of CII, Telangana. ALPLA is a family company with 122 plants in over 40 countries.

She is actively responsible for Continuous Improvement, Sustainability, CSR, Behavioural Training and New Initiatives. Her rich experience in contract manufacturing for multinational companies includes Reckitt Benckiser and Johnson & Johnson. She is currently Chairwoman of the Telangana region, Indian Women Network (IWN), under the aegis of CII. She is also the President of Ladies Circle India and part of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO), Hyderabad Chapter. Shobha Dixit Graduated from La Martiniere, Calcutta and takes a keen interest in working with people and problem-solving across levels in the organisation structure.
