Our GMP curriculum makes a shift from traditional functional learning to emphasize four cross-functional themes that empower executives with the knowledge required to navigate challenges in contemporary business and create and renew competitive advantage over time. The four modules will be delivered in a blended format – online, self-paced sessions, live virtual sessions, and campus immersions. The programme spans 10.5 months, requiring you to commit 4-6 hours per week and one week away from your office. This blended approach to learning is also designed to provide you the opportunity to apply the learnings and insights you gain from the program at work and move forward in your current role.
You will have the unique opportunity to hear from the CEO of a leading multinational firm about trade-offs encountered in decision-making across the value chain, diverse business challenges, and how these were overcome to implement strategies and build cultures that unlocked value for the firm.
A 360-degree leadership and personal assessment session will help you identify your unique leadership strengths and developmental needs. With classroom teaching, high fidelity business simulations, and one-to-one coaching sessions, you will be introduced to the ideas of leadership, derailment, personality, and emotional intelligence. This process will allow you to become aware of the knowledge, skills, and attributes that you need to become an effective leader in your organisation.
The GMP provides rich experiential learning through application During the programme, you will actively engage in solving a real-world business or leadership challenge that is salient to you and draws on the learnings of the programme. Through this exercise, you will develop the ability to think strategically about complex problems under uncertainty, drive innovation, and strategize for change. Build connections with your GMP peers who will apply their unique and diverse expertise and experience to steer the solution to your challenge.
Our executive coaching is designed to accelerate your professional and personal development. Your coach will conduct personal assessments that will help you identify your unique leadership style, strengths and gaps. This awareness will subsequently help you craft your unique, personalised leadership development plan aimed at enhancing your individual growth as well as your team effectiveness.
