The Essentials of Leadership programme is designed to help high-potential executives develop the key competencies to become strategic and effective leaders. It encourages leaders to embrace the complex challenges and opportunities associated with greater leadership positions and unlock their full leadership potential.
The programme is aimed at demonstrating the nuances of taking up significant leadership positions. In addition, the curriculum equips you to handle these challenges and guide your organisation to success.
This programme is best suited for mid to senior managers who are moving or have moved from an operational to a strategic role with increasing responsibility.
The participant profile can include:

Engage in real-life stories and group discussions to explore your leadership skills. Experience how to showcase your leadership style in dynamic situations. Improve your effectiveness in leading teams in the digital world. Apply your new learnings and skills to accelerate your ascent to leadership at the workplace.
The programme curriculum is organised into three modules consisting of faculty presentations, group discussions, and case studies, scheduled across five days.
Additionally, our executive group coaching sessions in between modules will help you build your own personal narrative and action plan for leadership. Five interactive, intensive sessions give you a grounding in self-awareness, team dynamics, effective interpersonal behaviours, and mindsets required to lead change in crisis and non-crisis conditions.
We admit candidates to upcoming sessions on a rolling (first come first served), space-available basis, and encourage you to apply as early as possible to secure your seat in the programme.
Programme content, dates, schedule, fees, delivery platforms, and faculty are subject to change. Programme fee includes food and accommodation at the ISB campus or at an equivalent facility based on availability.
