This module expands leadership from self to system. Participants learn to lead with purpose, align teams, foster inclusion, and apply emerging technologies thoughtfully. It strengthens communication, resilience, negotiation, and culture-building while integrating learning through group coaching conversations.

The final module focuses on expressing leadership with clarity and confidence. Participants explore innovation, adopt a growth mindset, practise executive communication and storytelling, engage with women leaders, and integrate personal insights through reflection, wellness, and peer learning.

On successful completion of a programme, participants are awarded an official certificate issued by either ISB Executive Education or ISB Online, depending on the programme, recognising their professional development and learning achievement.

  • Depending on the programme, you will also receive digital merit badges for each module you complete in your course journey. These digital badges can also be shared on social media to indicate progress.
