Edition 4 of CHRO Dialogues builds on the earlier focus on AI disruption, governance and the human edge, and moves the conversation towards execution.

As organisations invest in AI, digital capability and transformation, the CHRO agenda is shifting from capability building alone to the conditions that allow those capabilities to translate into strategic advantage.

This edition positions trust as a critical execution layer. Across three connected sessions, the dialogue will examine how human capital decisions shape innovation, why trust determines whether AI adoption succeeds or fails, and how organisational health becomes a leading indicator of transformation capacity.
