Overview

The ISB Executive Education Women Leaders' Forum is a powerful platform for women leaders to come together and ignite transformative change. This year's theme, "Tokenism to True Equity", delves into the crucial measures that must be implemented to catalyse genuine progress and effectuate improvement in women's representation in leadership positions and the workforce in India. The Forum aims to provide a space for attendees to discuss pressing issues of pay parity, tokenism in and the effectiveness of quotas for women leaders in the boardroom and in leadership positions.

Beyond the Forum's primary focus, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the importance of mentorship, sponsorship and allyship in nurturing women business leaders. It's an unparalleled chance to learn from accomplished women leaders and gain the skills and knowledge necessary to not just break but shatter the myth that is the glass ceiling. This is an opportunity to join a community of like-minded women leaders, and to make the road to leadership less stressful and easily accessible and conducive.
